The ability to digitally print full colour direct to an array of substrates, creates a professional look, at a fraction of the price and time normally required. Not only do you save time by printing direct to rigid panels, but the UV cured inks are extremely durable, eliminating the need for lamination. UV cured inks stay on the media surface and generally do not absorb into the media. Therefore print and colour quality is more consistent from substrate to substrate. You will be impressed by the increased colour saturation and density UV inks obtain.
We can print on a variety of rigid sheet material such as Corflute, Foam PVC, Acrylic, Dibond, Gatorboard, Screenboard and up to 3.2 meters wide. Single and Double sided prints are available. We can also print WHITE ink, which adds a new dimension to printing on clear media for window graphics.
OnDemand's HP Latex printer uses water based inks for an environmental friendly solution which offers near photographic quality. Our Seiko Solvent printers compliment our large format division for your smaller, high quality runs. These printers are ideal for point of sale displays, window graphics, posters, floor graphics, backlit displays and can print on a wide variety of materials such as Self Adhesive Vinyl, Gloss Paper, Polypropolene, and more.
Our HP Turbojet is a digital UV printer designed to meet the high quality, high-speed and low cost printing demands of the screen-printing and offset industry. This system is dedicated to retail and display applications, window and exhibition graphics, indoor and outdoor signage as well as, high volume, low cost applications like bus shelters and posters. The Turbojet handles a wide range of standard media, such as synthetic paper, banner and self-adhesive vinyl, as well as special media like TyvekTM and canvas. It can print single sided images up to 1,6m wide x 3.6 meters long.
OnDemand also has the in house capability to do precision contour cutting of all printed images. This means we can route or cut rigid substrates to any shape without getting an expensive dye made up, ideal for life size standees and point of sale.
